Account Receivables (Executive/Sr. Executive)

Reporting to	Finance Manager
Job Location /Base Location	Okhla Phase II, Delhi
Education level	B.com (H) + MBA Finance
Exp Required	At least 3+ years of related experience required.
Skills Required	· Having experience of at least 3 years on managing Account Receivable.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
· Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Appetite for understanding process and troubleshooting within prescribed layout of the process

Preparation and updating of receivable sheet on daily basis and sharing with regional sale manager for follow ups,
Accounting entry of receipt, EMD and PBG in SAP.
Reconciliation of customer account on daily basis,
Submission of Service claim and follow up of payment with customers
Preparation, submission and follow up of PCDN with Vendor
Preparing receivables reports as per requirement of Management.
Preparation of control sheet of EMD/PBG and follow up with respective department and sale personnel on daily basis.
Preparation and submission of stock statement with Banker on monthly basis
Liaison with bank official
Preparation and filing of TDS, GST returns with department
